Our Deep Clean is designed to reset your home and bring it up to a professional maintenance standard. It’s perfect for new clients whose homes haven’t been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or ever. This service focuses on built-up grime, neglected areas, and restoring the cleanliness needed before starting a routine schedule. While thorough, heavily soiled or neglected spaces may require multiple sessions to fully meet expectations.

What’s included in this service?

• Kitchen We wipe and sanitize all main surfaces including countertops, backsplash, stovetop, and sink. The exterior of appliances and cabinets are cleaned, with the microwave interior included. We finish by dusting and mopping to leave the space fresh and ready.
• Bathrooms We perform a deep clean of toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, and counters. Cabinet fronts, baseboards, and fixtures are wiped down, and floors are vacuumed and mopped.
• Throughout the Home We dust all accessible surfaces, baseboards, windowsills, fans, and vents. Beds made if linens are left out, and all floors are vacuumed and mopped.
• Optional Add-Ons Interior oven or fridge cleaning and interior windows.

It’s our most detailed cleaning service for homes that haven’t had a professional clean recently. We focus on built-up dirt and grime to bring the home to a maintenance level before starting recurring service.

Does it include the inside of appliances?

Only the microwave is included. Fridge and oven interiors are extra.

Will everything be spotless after one visit?

We aim to get your home as close to pristine as possible. But in cases of heavy buildup, stains, or long-term neglect, a second session may be necessary to fully restore certain areas.

Is this required before scheduling recurring cleanings?

Yes. A First-Time Cleaning ensures your home is ready for efficient, effective ongoing maintenance through our standard cleaning service.

What are the prices for deep cleanings?

Deep Clean pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, and the overall condition of the home. We provide flat-rate estimates for homes in average condition. If we arrive and the home requires significantly more work due to heavy buildup or neglect, we’ll communicate clearly and may switch to hourly pricing with your approval.
