• Kitchen: Inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers, refrigerator and oven (inside and out), stovetop, range hood, microwave, countertops, backsplash, sink, and floor.
• Bathrooms: Inside and outside of cabinets and drawers, sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, baseboards, light fixtures, and floors.
• All Rooms: Floors vacuumed and mopped, baseboards, light switches, fans, vents, doors, closets, and windowsills wiped. Cobwebs removed, and detailed dusting throughout.

Do I need to be there during the cleaning?

Nope! As long as we have access instructions, you don’t need to be present. We’ll update you when it’s done..

Can you clean while movers are still there?

No, the place needs to be completely empty with no movers present. Having movers on-site significantly slows down progress and prevents our cleaners from delivering a thorough, efficient result. For the best outcome, please schedule your cleaning after all belongings have been removed.

What are the prices for move in move out cleanings?

Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, overall square footage, and the assumption that the home is empty and in reasonably maintained condition. We use this to provide a flat-rate estimate up front. If our cleaners arrive and find that the home requires significantly more time due to heavy buildup, neglect, or extreme conditions, we’ll always notify you before adjusting the rate. In those cases, we may switch to an hourly pricing model to ensure we can do the job right.
