What’s included in this service?

• General Cleaning Dusting and wiping surfaces, vacuuming and mopping all floors, and emptying trash.
• Kitchen Sanitize counters, sink, and stovetop. Clean exterior of appliances and microwave interior.
  
• Bathrooms Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, tub, and shower. Restock toilet paper and soap if provided. Wipe mirrors, counters, and floors.
• Bedrooms Change bed linens and make beds if clean linens are available. Tidy nightstands, dust surfaces, and vacuum floors.
• Restocking & Setup Replace guest amenities, organize welcome items, and prepare the home to look ready for the next arrival.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring all cleaning products and tools. If you have special products or supplies you’d prefer we use, you can leave them out for the cleaner.

Can you restock guest supplies?

Absolutely. Just provide the items or let us know where to find them, and we’ll make sure everything is stocked and arranged.

Can you coordinate access with my guests or property manager?

Yes! We’re happy to work with lockboxes, smart locks, or coordinate with your property manager to ensure seamless entry and exit.

What happens if a guest leaves the property really messy?

We’ll do our best to get the unit ready within the scheduled time. If it requires extra time or a deep clean, we’ll contact you immediately to notify you. 

Do you wash and replace linens and towels?

Yes, if laundry facilities are available on-site, we can wash and replace them during the clean for an additional $25 per load.
